Form A

We recommend that you book 6 weeks before the expected birth date, so that the capsule can be fitted 2 weeks before the baby is born. Our baby capsules can only be installed by Queensland Ambulance Service fitters, on site.

If your baby has already been born, you can still hire a baby capsule. Capsules are suitable for babies up to approximately 6 months old—to a maximum of 9kg, or 70cm.

You will need to pay by Visa or MasterCard when you make the booking. When the capsule is fitted, you will need to bring:

  • 2 forms of ID—1 verifying your address, OR
  • photo ID
  • 2 towels per capsule, to secure the capsule in the seat
  • your booking confirmation form.

  4. Restocking preferences The Stocked Impoundment Permit scheme helps restock dams throughout Queensland, mostly by buying native fish fingerlings. The money anglers pay for their permits goes to local stocking groups who belong to the scheme.
